Notoriously Merry WF came home from the Flying Cross Horse Trials with an excellent 80.2% in the Future Event Horse 2-year-old class from three-time Olympian and esteemed judge Peter Gray. An excellent showing for our filly pulled from the pasture that morning! Tori’s remarks included “blood & quality”, “nice angles”, “stunning head and neck”; on her trot, “active hind”, “suspension”; and overall “quality athlete” and “uphill”.
Tori also qualified for the 2021 Future Event Horse Championships.
Tori is a stunning filly with a natural athleticism and exceptional temperament. She is always cool and collected even when removed from her “herd”, even at her young age and with little experience.
Tori is now competing successfully at Novice with plans to move up to Training by the end of the season.
Raised right here on our farm, out of our beloved mare Merry, Tori represents the unique advantage and privilege of knowing your prospective equine competition partner’s complete history. Tori’s half brother CH Good Deal (Doodad) is an accomplished athlete, having earned his championship in the ASB breed ring, evented, and worked his way up to FEI-level combined driving.
2022! Tori has had a busy year, running her first Starter level horse trial in January and her first two Beginner Novice horse trials in September and October.
