THRILLED doesn’t begin to describe how I am feeling to announce that this morning we welcomed a big, strong, spicy chestnut (maybe grey?!?!) colt to the family. Talia foaled around 6:30 this morning and both mare and foal are doing well.
This foal is my long-awaited “dream foal” by the stallion I grew up watching jump huge fences on TV. I never imagined, as a kid, that I would be in a position to own a horse sired by the incomparable Abdullah. Let the journey begin.
